Refund policy
I. General Information
1. Return Window for Refunds and Exchanges
Customers are entitled to return their product within 14 days from the date of purchase for either a refund or an exchange. After this period, we are unable to process returns or refunds.
2. Return Policy for Products
To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund or exchange, the following criteria must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the original condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must not be a sale or close-out item at the time of purchase.
- The customer has a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return, refund, or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sale and close-out items (Final sale). A 20% restocking fee will apply if these items are returned.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary items.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
- Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health or personal care items.
4. Shipping Back Items
To initiate a return, mail the product to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Refrain from returning products to the manufacturer directly.
5. Disclaimer for Orders Shipped Outside the U.S.
Customers with orders shipped outside the United States are responsible for verifying local fees, regulations, and policies regarding exchanges, returns, and shipping, including compliance with applicable customs duties and taxes.
EU Policy Disclaimer: For customers who have ordered items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging, accompanied by the original proof of purchase. This policy is effective as of now but may be subject to change.

II. Exchange Policy

2. Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Items with obvious signs of use (e.g., books).
- Opened media (e.g., CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games).
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank for any possible delays.

5. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
